OUR BACKGROUND
For over 20 years, The Shellfish Company has served mainland Europe with the best Irish oysters available. Founded in 1991, we understand oysters, oyster farming and what it takes to export live oysters in optimum conditions.
To take The Shellfish Company to the next phase, in 2021 the management was taken over by the Namor family, who have a first-rate reputation of their own in the sector, with over 20 years experience in the supply of live oysters and mussels, as well as other shellfish to Europe and the Far East.
